Day 1: Arrival Amman
Upon arrival to Queen
Alia Airport our
representative will meet
and assist you through
the immigration
procedures. Transfer to
the hotel in Amman for
overnight.
Day 2: Amman City
Tour - Dead Sea Amman
(B)
Start the day with a
city tour in Amman.
Visit the Citadel with
remains from Roman,
Byzantine and Islamic
period, the excellent
Archaeological Museum
and in downtown the
Roman Theatre from 2nd
century. Time to stroll
via the Souq, before we
make our way to the Dead
Sea, the lowest point on
earth and the largest
"Natural Spa" in the
world. Time for leisure
and the opportunity to
float on salty waters.
Back to Amman hotel.
Day 3: Amman - Jerash
Ajloun Amman (B)
Breakfast, then we drive
to Jerash, the best
example of a Roman
provincial city in the
whole Middle East. We
visit the spectacular
Forum, the Cardo and
Artemis Temple. After
that we drive to the
Islamic castle of Ajloun,
built to protect the
pilgrim routes to Mecca.
Overnight in Amman.
Day 4: Amman Madaba
Mt. Nebo Kerak
Petra (B)
Breakfast, then we head
to Madaba, where the
famous mosaic 6th
century map of Palestine
in St. Georges church
can be found. We drive
to Mt. Nebo, the place
where Moses gazed at the
promised land. You visit
the old monastery and
overlook the Jordan
Valley, Dead Sea and
parts of Israel. Along
the King's Way, an
ancient caravan route,
go on to the Crusader
castle in Kerak.
Continue to Petra for
overnight.
Day 5: Petra visit
Amman (B)
You spend the day in the
red-rose city Petra, the
biggest attraction of
Jordan. The rock city
was established around
the 6th century BC by
the Nabataean Arabs. You
view the Treasury, the
Royal Tombs, the Street
of Facades and Pharaoh's
Castle. In the afternoon
return to Amman hotel.
Day 6: Departure
Amman Airport (B)
Breakfast, dependent
from flight schedule
transfer to Amman
Airport to board your
flight.
