Day 1: Arrival Amman – Amman Hotel

Upon arrival at Amman Airport, our representative welcomes you with a sign board at the immigration area, assists you through immigration and customs. Transfer about 30 minutes to your hotel in Amman, check in, reminder of the day free.

Day 2: Amman City Tour – Jerash – Hammamat Ma'in Hotel (B)

After breakfast we will roam around the city of Amman. On Citadel hill see the remains from the Roman till the Islamic Period, and pay a visit to the Archaeological Museum and the Roman Theatre nearby. You will also have some time to take a glimpse at the most diverse part of the city as you walk along the Souq and Rainbow Street. Continue northwards to Jerash, the best example of the Roman provincial city in the whole Middle East. Visit Oval Plaza, Colonnaded Street, the Nymphaeum and the Temple of Artemis. After the tour we will drive to Hammamat Ma’in, check in at your hotel.

Day 3: Hammamat Ma'in at Leisure (B)

Free day at Hammamat Ma'in. 264 meters below sea level enjoy the exceptional surroundings with mineral springs and waterfalls, and the amenities of your hotel.

Day 4: Hammamat Ma'in – Madaba – Mt Nebo – Dead Sea Hotel (B)

Today drive to the town Madaba, well known for the Byzantine and Umayyad mosaic art. As example visit the famous 6th century map of Palestine inside St. George's Church. With two million pieces of colored stone, the map depicts hills and valleys, villages and towns in Palestine and the Nile Delta. We continue the trip towards Mt. Nebo, the place where Moses had gazed at the Promise Land before he died. You overlook Jordan Valley, the Dead Sea and parts of the Holy Land. The tour ends at your Dead Sea hotel, at the lowest point on earth.

Day 5: Dead Sea at Leisure (B)

Free day at the Dead Sea. Like many visitors in the earlier times including King Herod, the Great Egyptian Queen Cleopatra, experience the unique area, characterized by high annual temperatures, low humidity and highest content of minerals and salts in the water. Overnight Dead Sea.

Day 6: Dead Sea Hotel – Dana Reserve – Wadi Rum – Petra Hotel (B)

Morning time we drive to the Dana Biosphere Reserve. Here you will enjoy the scenic views in Jordan's largest nature reserve. After this we will drive towards the protected area of Wadi Rum, one of the most impressive desert landscapes in the world and by 4x4 jeep you discover the sand dunes and the Nabatean Rock inscriptions. 1.5 hours transfer to your hotel in Petra.

Day 7: Petra Visit – Candlelit Dinner – Petra Hotel (B, D)

After breakfast, we will have a tour of the biggest attraction of Jordan, the red-rose city of Petra. It was established around the 6th century B.C. by the Nabataean Arabs, a nomadic tribe who settled in the area and founded a commercial empire. You can start the trip on horseback or by foot to the canyon, the so called Siq, and then walk to the most beautiful monument: the Treasury, the Street of Facades, the Royal Tombs and Pharaoh's Castle. From here you have time to explore the magic of the city on your own. In the evening you will be treated to a candlelit dinner in Little Petra, to experience the silence and the starry sky in this historical area. Overnight Petra hotel.

Day 8: Petra Hotel – Amman Airport (B)

Check out time at 12:00. Dependent from departure time transfer about 2.5 hours to Amman Airport to day farewell.
